If you are confident enough that you have funds coming in to cover the repayment in the
agreed time we can offer you a short term loan for what ever purpose. Whether you need to do renovations or home improvements, bank roll another property purchase, or would just like some extra cash until some stocks or shares mature, or are selling your property and need cash for a deposit on a new home. Non status or self employed are also more than welcome to apply. We do not perform credit checks; we look to your future not your past. We lend on the current value of your property, not what you originally paid for it.
FAQ's regarding short term bridging loans
You are able to borrow from £27,000 to £1,000,000 depending on your property value and outstanding mortgage. We also consider loans outside these ranges; however we would need to speak to you in person to arrange this for you.
Money can be in your account within 24 hours of completion of paperwork if required. Most clients are happy with the transaction being made within 3 to 5 working days, although we are flexible on this.
Our typical interest rates are usually between 1 and 1.95% per month depending on loan amount. Again, amounts outside our set lending range are likely to a fluctuation in interest.
We only charge interest for the amount of time the loan is outstanding. There are no early repayment penalties. Loan repayments are set by you, between 1 and 12 months, and extension applications are quite welcome.
Your loan is secured against your nominated property. A First Legal charge and Second Legal Charge on the property you have provided as security for your quick bridging loan.
Second Charge Lending. If you own a property with an existing mortgage, Quick and Easy PLC are still able to consider a quick bridging loan whilst your current mortgage is in place. You will not have to repay your existing loan.
Typically, Quick and Easy PLC is able to consider advancing up to 75% of the value of any acceptable security, to provide you with a bridging loan. The level of 75% is still available if you have an existing mortgage. the outstanding mortgage amount will be deducted from this amount to ascertain how much you can borrow. We lend to individuals with a poor credit history. We will welcome applications from an individual with CCJ's.
We will not lend to Bankrupts, however there are opportunities for you to involve Quick and Easy PLC in your negotiations for discharge with your Trustee or Official Receiver, please contact us for further details.
We will accept standard residential, industrial and commercial property as securities on short term loans all assessed on current market value.
